2.General requirements:
Work areas and walkways must be adequately lit whenever employees are present
Light fixtures must have protective plates or be at least seven feet above work surfaces
3.Specific areas:First-aid stations and offices: 30 foot-candles
Some sources suggest higher illumination for warehouses: 500-750 lux
